Ne kadar  zor da olsa yaşadıkları hayat, herşeye rağmen  birlikte keyifle bir arada olduğu hayat arkadaşı, Faysal hepimizin abisi.   Cercis Murat Konağı onun profesyonel çalışma hayatın başladığı ilk yer. Deli dolu kişiliği ile hepimiz için hayatı eğlenceli hale getirenlerden Hanse. Bir çok yemeği aynı anda en özenli şekilde yapabilmenin ve sunabilmenin önemli olduğunu ve bunu Cercis Murat konağında  çalışarak kazandığı deneyim, özgüven ve cesaret ile başarabildiğini söylüyor.
