Amacım yalnızca Mezopotamya mutfağını dünyaya tanıtmak değil...Mutfağı insanların hayatını dönüştürebilen,birlikte üretmeyi öğreten,ürettiğini paylaşmanın mutluluğunu yaşatan bir güç olarak görüyorum...Bir şef olarak mutfağın gücünü göstermek benim görevim. Paylaştıkça daha çok insana ulaşan bu gücü ancak birlikte, umutla ve desteklerinizle çoğaltabilirim..
Introducing Mesopotamia cuisine to the world is not my only purpose.. I see cuisine as a power that transforms people's lives, teaches how to produce together and provides that moments of happiness of sharing what you produce.. As a chef, it is my duty to show that power cuisine has. A power that reaches many more people if shared, and that I can manage to extend through collaboration, hope and your support.
